What is Bally Bet's AGCO registration number?

OPIG1242339, held by Bally's Canada Inc., printed on every page of the site. Several other Ontario operators publish theirs too, but often in their terms rather than a footer - PartySports in clause one, bet365 in section 2.

Is Bally Bet leaving Ontario?

No. The site now leads with an Alberta launch and has no Ontario-specific legal pages left, but the betting application still lists two supported jurisdictions, CA-ON and CA-AB, and the sportsbook page states it is live and operational in Ontario.

Can you read the Bally Bet terms before signing up?

No. The terms of service, privacy policy and responsible gambling pages at play.ballybet.ca are single-page applications that sit inside the product, not ordinary pages on ballybet.ca. No payout ceiling, settlement rulebook or dispute deadline is published on the public site; the help centre at help.on.ballybet.ca covers payments, limits, geolocation and cash out.

What payment methods does Bally Bet accept in Ontario?

Three: Interac, Visa and Mastercard. There is no Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or online banking. Withdrawals go by Interac, debit card or EFT, from $10 to $10,000 a transaction, and Bally's says most are processed within 24 hours.

Does Bally Bet have a phone number?

No. Support is live chat and email only, at Support@on.ballybet.ca. Bally's describes round-the-clock chat in one place and daytime support in another, and publishes no email response target.

None published. Bally’s names no studio anywhere on its Ontario site – the casino section below sets out which suppliers the published titles point to, and why we present those as inference rather than fact.

Bally Bet Ontario is legal and easy to verify: Bally’s Canada Inc., a Toronto company, prints its AGCO registration number, OPIG1242339, on every page. The catch: the wrong ConnexOntario helpline on all 34 game pages, and terms you cannot read without running the app.
