What is the minimum deposit at BetRivers Ontario?

BetRivers does not publish a general cashier minimum. The cashier itself is only visible once you are signed in, so there is no deposit floor an Ontario reader can check before registering. No minimum or maximum withdrawal is published outside it either.

Why can I not read the BetRivers betting rules?

Because BetRivers keeps them inside the account. BetRivers' Ontario legal document has four tabs - Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Player Protection and Sportsbetting Rules. The first three open; the fourth, which would hold the cash out rules and the parlay ceilings, stays inside the account.

How good is the BetRivers app in Ontario?

It is the best-rated one we have measured in the province. On 23 October 2026 the App Store Canada listing scored 4.8 from 4,437 ratings, published by Rush Street Interactive LLC - above FanDuel's 4.78 and bet365's 4.7, though on a much smaller base - and Google Play 4.5 from 1,542.

How long do BetRivers withdrawals take?

BetRivers estimates its standard internal processing time at 3 business days in section 13.2 of its Ontario Terms of Service, and its RUSHPAY feature states that over 80% of withdrawal requests are approved in real time, with the account screen showing how much you can take out instantly. Times and limits by method are shown only inside the cashier.

Can I contact BetRivers by phone?

Yes. BetRivers publishes 1-855-744-0152 in its Ontario terms, alongside the email address onsupport@betrivers.ca with a stated target of replying "within 2 hours during normal business hours", and a Support chat link in the lobby navigation. Opening hours for the phone line are not published.
