Is DraftKings available in Canada?

Yes, in two provinces. DraftKings Sportsbook, DraftKings Casino and Golden Nugget are legal in Ontario, since 18 May 2022, and in Alberta, since 13 July 2026. Your physical location, not your address, decides what you can use.
